What we collect
We only collect the absolute minimum data required to run the service:
- Your name and email address (for authentication).
- Session data (transcripts of your mock interviews).
WE DO NOT sell your data to third parties.
How we use data
Your data is yours. We strictly use it to:
- Generate accurate AI feedback via Groq and OpenAI models.
- Power your personal progress tracking dashboard.
- Send optional product update emails (which you can turn off).
Data storage
We use MongoDB Atlas for structured database storage. During Voice and Video modes, we do not store any audio or video files. We process the streams in-memory for transcription and instantly discard the media. Only the final text transcript is saved to your account history.
Your rights
You have complete control over your account:
- You can download all your data traces from the Settings dashboard.
- You can permanently delete your account and all associated records instantly.
- You can opt out of any marketing emails easily.
Cookies
We use a single required authentication cookie powered by NextAuth to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, pixel trackers, or cross-site fingerprinting.
